The Emergency Response Course is a short course in Basic Life Support training. The Emergency Response Course includes all the necessary theory followed by lots of practical “hands-on” practice to build confidence. The aim of this course is to enable all individuals to deal with an unconscious casualty who is breathing, and how to deal with an unconscious casualty who is not breathing; from the complete novice to those who are skilled but feel their resuscitation skills need updating.
This course is not accredited by Ofqual, but it is an ideal course for any age group who would like to learn critical life-saving procedures, either at work, or at home.
On successful completion of this course, students will receive a certificate entitled “Basic Life Support” which will be valid for 3 years.
